Refund Policy
At ITBG, we take great care in crafting and delivering quality Christian jewelry. If your item arrives damaged, broken, or malfunctioning, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund in line with the policy below.
Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

You must notify us of any issue within 14 days of receiving your order.

Claims must include your order number and clear photos of the item showing the damage or defect.

Items must be in their original condition (not worn, altered, or tampered with).
Process

Contact us at sales@lionofjudah.co.nz within 14 days of delivery.

Provide your order number, description of the issue, and photos.

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement shipment or issue a refund to your original payment method.
Exclusions
This policy does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused by misuse or improper care

Change of mind or preference (wrong size, style, or personal taste)
Shipping Costs

If the item is defective or damaged on arrival, we cover return shipping (if required).

For other return requests not due to damage or defects, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days once approved.

Replacements are shipped as quickly as possible, subject to stock availability.
