Refund Policy

At ITBG, we take great care in crafting and delivering quality Christian jewelry. If your item arrives damaged, broken, or malfunctioning, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund in line with the policy below.

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

  • You must notify us of any issue within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Claims must include your order number and clear photos of the item showing the damage or defect.

  • Items must be in their original condition (not worn, altered, or tampered with).

 

Process

  1. Contact us at sales@lionofjudah.co.nz within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number, description of the issue, and photos.

  3. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement shipment or issue a refund to your original payment method.

 

Exclusions

This policy does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper care

  • Change of mind or preference (wrong size, style, or personal taste)

 

Shipping Costs

  • If the item is defective or damaged on arrival, we cover return shipping (if required).

  • For other return requests not due to damage or defects, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

 

Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days once approved.

  • Replacements are shipped as quickly as possible, subject to stock availability.
