  • All prices are listed in NZD and include any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through our secure checkout system.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment is received.

  • Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

  • Shipping is a flat rate of $7.50

  • Shipping generally takes 3-5 days

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

5. Refunds & Returns

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, you are eligible for a replacement or refund within 7 days of receipt. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

  • Refunds will not be issued for normal wear and tear, misuse, or change of mind.
